A typical day

Below is an example of the type of day you might expect at La Crisalida health and wellbeing Retreats. There is no pressure – all activities are optional – you can pick and choose which classes you wish to participate in and give yourself plenty of time to relax. 

When you arrive at the retreat we will give you the programme for the week. A new weekly activity programme is available every Sunday.

Some days we swap the classes, so sometimes the walk will be at 8am and other days it is at 10.30am (and in the summer the walk might be in the evening). The same applies to morning yoga classes – some days the classes will start at 8am and other days yoga will start at 10.30am. That way, you can have a sleep in and not miss your chosen health and wellbeing retreat activities!
